You know, Laz, you spend so much time quoting the law and talking about lawyers, one might conclude that you harbor a secret desire to join the world's second oldest profession someday. <g> I think they should have called it the freedom to babble. Just what did Jewel say that was so wrong? I don't think you read the posts in context, I could quote longer sections but that drags down the signal to noise. Jewel accused me of generalizing a statement to all conservatives thereby setting up a straw man argument. I pointed out that I had referenced a much smaller set of conservatives thereby maintaining that my argument was correctly proportioned. this is not worth a major war I was not objecting to his position on the pledge of aleigence, I was objecting to Jewel's accusation that I have a shallow argument by quoting a small fragment of my post out of context. TP
