Allied Waste Industries Inc (AW) Anderson dismissed and Pricewaterhouse hired. 8-K, Report of unscheduled material events or corporate e.g acquisition bankruptcy resignation 06/20/2002 Waste Industries, Inc. (Allied or the Company) dismissed its independent accountant, Arthur Andersen LLP (Andersen) and appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its new independent auditors. These actions were Hi Jake I am trying to go thru that long list that was posted here and put the sec filing in the posts with the companies name. Will try to also put the companies new accountant under the accountants thread here so we know what firm the company useing as new accounts. It will take me awhile, but I will accomplish it. :)
