BTW- ANAD was taken out and shot after that report - trading at about 4.6 from a 7+ close.

Bami blows so much smoke, I might as well be in Arizona! ANAD's only hope is a merger, they are too small to meet the critical mass to compete. I traded ANAD in the go-go days of 1999 and 2000, but after following it, I found the company and the management to be seriously flawed. A big 'Whatever!' on Bami's comments.

I think I know where I got that 43 Mil number for Samsung in the latest release:

Samsung expects to sell more than 40 million mobile phones in 2002, up 43 percent from last year, lifting its market share to 10 percent from 9.6 percent in the first quarter and 7.1 percent in 2001.

43% growth and 40 mil handsets to be sold in 2002.
