Anybody blaming Clinton for Halliburton's shenanigans? Clinton is blamed here for all of America's problems in such a stark contrast from the truth. He had a few personal issues that no issue-republicans carped away to no avail.Yet he got this country forward, better off,and admired thruout the world.
