Correct! And they get 53.5 milion licensed POP's in spectrum.

Whereas, if someone were to purchase US Unwired at $1,151 per sub. The stock would be sold at $1, now trading at $3. And you would own no spectrum. How much is a Wireless Service Provider worth that does not own the spectrum on which it operates?
