This market has been bitter sweet for me too. I've made money on the way down but I'd rather have it the other way around.

This is just the purging or cleansing of the market that is needed to build a base for the next bull market. But waiting for that to happen can be quite painful.

Good luck on your stock options. I'm sure everything will work out fine. <smile>
