Hi CG, If we all step back for a minute.. Make a case for Pennsaid failing the FDA at this late stage. I don't see that as an easy task in a factual way. We can't say that it will either. But we can say that the large majority of companies that get this far succeed. Consider J&J not signing a deal. They were around many years ago, they gave us $2 million a couple of years ago, they were mentioned not long ago, the market opportunity versus COX2's is really heating up, every name Rebecca has mentioned became our partner including Bryden. Whatever our feelings are at the moment, it's not only quite possible - but likely that both are plodding their way over here. If we're going to win at this game it isn't going to be through emotions. Or falling in love with the stock. Our impatience, worries, and anger are all roadblocks. This stock needs a big approval, with a big and savvy partner, in a big market that is vulnerable. I say its a good bet we're in very late stages with the FDA and that J&J and DMX are busy preparing in what will be months of work to get ready for launch. Everyone who owns this stock should think that (otherwise what the heck are you doing here?) The point is it's more than possible. It's probable. I wouldn't worry about the noise or the price right now. No one's on margin anyways. We should all concentrate on why we believe or don't believe these two events will happen. That's the play because that's the critical event. (smile) Wolf ps - I suspect it dovetails with Rebecca's plan to concentrate on WF10 (my opinion) and hand the Pennsaid/ revenue football to Johnson & Johnson.
