Good question. tell him we've decided to recognize the Kurds as a viable culture needing an independent country with real borders. Slice out a piece of North Iraq that contains a vast amount of oil wells and load the Kurds with plenty of weapons to fight "Old Soddy" for the next 15 years. Time is never on these bastards side.
