Numbers always matter, witless. You don't have a clue in all likelihood. So, just go back from wherever the heck you crawled from, take with you a Children's Oil book and LOOK UP the numbers. America is unfortunately hooked on foreign oil.The solution is : "conservation and alternative energy sources". The Cheney/Bush administration are obvious suspect in this area though.
