And I'm a huge fan of Reuben's Sandwiches with real Brooklyn pastrami. Very generally, a reuben will be outfitted with pastrami in Boro Park, Redhook and Canarsie; corned beef in Bensonhurst, Bay Ridge, and Flatbush. Elsewhere and in Manhattan, if you can find a real one, you tend to get a choice. And that goes against the whole spirit of a NYC deli. L.
