Well, I'm disgusted and outraged too.... but....

with all the enron hearings, the only thing that came out of that..... Anderson was convicted of obstruction of justice. NOT EVEN ONE person was indicted after the congressional hearings. Thousands lost their jobs, California is in a mess (partly of it's own doing), tons of people lost lots of investment dollars and insiders profited knowing it was all a big fat sham.

No.... not one indictment. And yet the ceo of imclone was hauled off to jail in handcuffs in his pj's for insider trading.

Now the rage centers on wcom. But what about enron? Nothing going to happen to enron insiders and wcom gets all the blame?

Well.... they jailed Al Capone on tax evasion. Guess we get Tyco's Ceo on that too... but what about all those at enron? How come they don't get held accountable?

So, now I have to get upset about unequal justice. What happened to enron? Did Congress just forget about them now that they have Wcom to parade around?
