Pat,

We are nearly to the point where Bush is going to feel the sense of desperation that he's about to be exposed. He is a dangerous man, with many dangerous friends. It is important that you let everyone you can know about PROMIS, Winokur, DynCorp and the whole setup with Enron and the Bushes. These people are ruthless and will stop at nothing. If they need to, they will explode a "diry" nuke in front of the Capital in order to scatter Congress.

We must be prepared for the eventuality that they will do this before the November election in order to prevent the nation from voting in their "enemies".

Letting as many people know about Winokur and the scheming of the Bush's is the most important thing we can do over the summer.

As the Democrats begin to attack, as Gore did this past weekend, and as the nation feels tremendous unease, the Bushes will be sorely tempted to do the obvious and create another terror incident. Their future is on the line. They want to be among history's winners. Sacrificing the nation is not too much to ask for that, is it?

-Ray

TERRORIST CONNECTIONS RESURFACE IN FLORIDA
By Jane Franklin

Governor Jeb Bush is about to choose a Florida State Supreme Court judge. There are five finalists and his deadline is August 12. Since there is no Hispanic on the Court, most people expect Jeb Bush will want to name a Hispanic. There is only one Hispanic among the finalists. That one Hispanic is of course a Cuban- American. He is Raoul Cantero III, a corporate lawyer for a Miami firm, Adorno & Yoss. He is the only one of the five who is not a judge. Governor Jeb Bush might consider it more important for a Supreme Court judge to have Cantero's experience working for Hank Adorno, who had a long association with the family businesses of Jorge Mas Canosa and his son Jorge Mas Santos, late chair and current chair, respectively, of the Cuban American National Foundation, the wealthiest and most influential right-wing Cuban-American organization.

MONEY, CANDIDATES & TERRORISM

If you’ll allow me, I will ramble from issue to issue in this week’s column: There’s plenty to talk about, too; so I’ll make them political appetizers for you to sink your teeth into.

A good place to start is the huge amount of money that continues to be raised by Florida Republicans. From what I understand they’ve already surpassed the $20 million mark for this year’s gubernatorial election alone and all indications point to a goal that is at least twice that. In my opinion, these amounts are obscene when you consider the needs that are out there. It is why I consider it important that the voter monitor who is giving: It tells a story of why the governor pushed so hard this past legislative session to assure the last minute and controversial $262 million corporate tax break, for example.
