I saw Winokur's act before Congress with the Five Stooges, the Board of Directors of Enron, and it was exactly as Rep. John Dingell (D. MI) had predicted. They knew nothing and pointed the finger at everyone but themselves. It was a complete joke watching them doing the CYA dance. DynCorp is perhaps one of the most sinister organizations in the U.S. corporate world. It is a private army that gets the cream of the crop of retiring U.S. regular forces. These guys are professional killers of the highest order and greatest skill. They are active across the entire globe with profit centers in Kosovo and Columbia. It's a swell racket. The profits come from you and me, via secret DoD funding. When you are looking at the Winokur dossiere, you are looking at the heart of darkness. -Ray
