On long side trades I've enjoyed mild success trading stocks making new-all time highs. The rationale: Stocks in new all-time high territory are enjoying their own bull markets within the framework of a vicious bear. Additionally, these stocks have no overhead supply, all holders are in no hurry to sell and occasional selling is normal profit-taking. There are many ways to trade, this is simply one you might consider for long-side and fairly low risk trades.
