Mike, That's all right, but whatever happened to TL&EV? Not even a recession, eh? Don't you hate Greenspan, who cut rates when he needed to? Now, if we have a Austrian at the helm, surely rates would have been kept high till the economy was badly damaged ... -BGR. PS: This is not to claim that Greenspan has made consistently good decisions. His call for higher rates when there was no inflationary pressure on the economy was totally off the mark and delayed progress by perhaps a decade.
