On that chart Searle it shows the $ bouncing off about 106. A failure at 106 could be psychologically damaging whereas the failure to hold 111 or even 108 didn't seem to be. Markets are cantankerous and like to choose their own points for having their hernia.

As for the men, they are poorly equipped and most don't even have any decent shoes. Perhaps we can get a blockade runner through loaded with spiffy uniforms, artillery, and munitions.
