09:17 ET Wachovia downgrades Seibel, cuts ests for select software co's : Wachovia lowers estimates for select software co's as Q2 looks very back-end loaded and 2002-03 looks even tougher; downgrades SEBL to BUY from Strong Buy and slashes 2002-03 ests to well below consensus; cuts SAP 2002-03 ests based on weak North American sales and say 2 large deals slipped into the next qtr; cuts PSFT 2002-03 ests based on a back-end loaded qtr and saying their product upgrade cycle is running out of steam; cuts CHRD 2002-03 ests based on back-end loaded Q2; and cuts RATL FY03 ests after the co preannounced last night.
