The terrorist risk, it could be argued, remains till Monday. No attack on the fourth means a rise on the 5th. Catches everyone invested on Monday.

However, since we bounced off 1375 last Wednesday and no attack followed, my concern in that regard has diminished some. Still, tactically speaking, such risk remains till Monday is complete.

I worry about victims more than my portfolio. And I fear my own weknesses, but refuse to fear cowards who hide, emerging to attack the innocent.

('Tis better to out-think them and destroy them, especially their top tier. Because that's the only path to a resumption of peace, imo. And that's a mouthfull, coming from a longtime proponent of non-violent change.)

very similar sentiment to pre Y2K, when fear of the computers shutting off humans abounded.
