No Charles, as in my post, marketing costs were excluded. The pricing info is available. Make some calls and check it out. Another way to look at it is to find a broadband ISP and divide their total expenditures by their total number of subscribers. You will get a lower number than the real cost because the equipment is being discounted - again subsidised by shareholders of vendors (such as Sun, Cisco and other loss making companies) who will never see there money back. But the number will still be high enough for you to get my drift.
