I've been in full for about a month. Holding a teency weency profit on them. I'm looking for KBH to buy my wife a new car, a used 1992 Ford Escort.

In my view, they could take an easy header down to 30. Hard to tell on the timing though, so I went far out on them.

no speculative real-estate blow-off going on here.

hey, where's TradeLite? i need him to explain how this almost-doubling in orders on the West Coast is fundamentally sound and based on increased family formation and immigration.
