This is agony my friend. All that time above those inflectin points and never got more that 2 points above. Now on both 1375 and 980 exactly.

Right at the 1375 juncture, on the way down, or 1380 on the way up, any hedge fond with less than fifty M$ can trigger a move that will go either side for at least an hours and 1.5%.
It happens often and I don't see it being PPT hand.
Just some people working their odds, pushing their wedges, widening their fracture points.
Possibly a couple or more teams do some phoning with "tasting the water?" kind of comments.
