scott, The Andersen conviction for obstruction of justice was a sham, albeit a costly one for the company. They were able to successfully swindle the American public out of the real justice we deserve for their fraudulent behavior. Enron, Global Crossing, Qwest, Level(3), Sunbeam, Waste Management, the Arizona Baptists, HIH (largest banrupt ever in Australia, Asian Pulp & Paper (largest bankrupt ever in Asia) and the common denominator to all? Andersen. Andersen isn't a professional corporation, it's an organized crime operation. And they'll hide behind the PSLRA to evade justice: Message 17684883
