I read the above to mean that some minority groups were doing something illegal for example blocking entrance to a place of worship to prevent others from practicing there religion. Somewhat like the KKK used to do and some neo-nazis do when they desecrate synagogs. I now understand that you are talking about verbal assaults. Personally any assault verbal or otherwise on a person's freedom to practice his/her religion is wrong, period.
