But it is already treated as an entitlement. "Public education". And you are already faced with constantly rising taxes to support it.

You are faced with a choice of the current publicly funded, owned, and operated system or a new publicly funded system that is owned and operated privately. One of the two, unless you can come up with something else.

And if schools refuse vouchers, why should they get stuck with voucher regs?
