TVX just did a 10 to 1 reverse split so you have to figure that in to the equation...

TVX = 14.30 / 10 = 1.43
KGC = 2.25

2.25 * .6666 = 1.50

So the they are about 7 cents apart or 4.9% with TVX selling for the discount.
