But what do you do NOW, today? The only alternative I could sleep with is HUSSMAN. Fund goes up when market goes up, fund goes up when market goes down. Is it risk free? Nothing is. He is 100% long stuff, hedged with shorts elsewhere and he trades in and out of gold. He is willing to buy puts and calls or short as appropriate but prefers the long side in almost all cases but extreme. How bad a philosophy from here is that? As for me I am in cash. BTW opened up Futures trading today in IB. What a relief, no stocks no uptick rules, no bid ask spreads, YOU WOULD MAKE A FN KILLING based on your plays if they are real. Some people here doubt them, I do not. Would love to have you in a free emini room. Been lurking for a few days and just got setup to trade today. Screw options and their spreads (except in IRA where that is only way to play downside, but as I said I am 100% cash everywhere now, which to me does not seem so silly or arrogant) ggg.
