Nonsense. The economy collapsed early in 2001 after inauguration, and way before 9/11. The market peaked in March 2000 though. Don't confuse the stock markets and the economy.In 2000 the presidential campaign and election were quite detrimental to this country.The combo GWBUSH/Cheney on one side and jewish Lieberman on the other may have been a bit upsetting to the Arabs,don't you think? Don't get me wrong I love Jews, but Arabs hate them all as well as the Bushes(related to Gulf War?).<g> Finally,are we better off now than before GWB???
