His presidency is a failure.

There are many positives to this Presidency including a return of decency to the WH, tax cuts, education policy and a successful and continuing war on terror to name but a few. The problem with you demolibs is that you just can't stand to see Republican succeed. Bush's job approval ratings remain at record levels....

An 18-24 month lag-time between policy and the economy is not uncommon. I don't see unwarranted fear or panic and people have resumed their lives with the main visible changes in travel security. As for the economy, I am amazed at its resilience in spite of the 90s bubble. However, Wall Street does now have a credibility problem with the public and changes in the SEC will be needed to restore it.
