TOPIC: IS BORROWING TO BUY REIT's the SAME as having a MORTGAGE ON INVESTMENT PROPERTIES??????Who buys investment properties for cash

My weekly portfolio update (The total of the 6 accounts I manage) is down less than .06% this week, again thanks to the trusts balancing out my common share losses.

Scott

There is talk of a Can interest rate increase, I can't really see that, however it will be interesting to track the impact on the trusts if that happens....

Still rearranging my affairs and trying to borrow some money to invest in REIT's, it seems the same to me as a mortage on investment properties? Any thoughts??
