My curiosity stemmed from what changed you from "lurker" status to commenting. Understood. Foxlette has been egging me on...Its all her fault... JLA, it's sort of like when the barber starts issuing stock tips, it's a top...that's all. I agree. So you are sanguine wrt the market? Yep. Been out of stocks and into RE for quite a while now. Well before the top. Just lucky. You keep some pretty lousy company yourself...but i still like you. I have reserved my opinion about you. Too soon to tell. And the company I keep, Neo, Laz, Bill, GZ, Shootie and Foxlette to name a few is just fine with me. Would not have it any other way. JLA
