No it cannot be ruled out, and since I entered most of my positions between 1375 and 1425 getting out if it seems 1326 is breached should not be too painful. I f we do get capitulation in the next two weeks instead of the minor bounce I expect, then the bounce after that could be quite powerful. I still do not expect capitulation around here, however.
