Go to Start...programs.... accessories...system tools...system restore...the welcome to system restore screen should pop up...from there the system restore wizard should walk you through the process. Choose one of the following...

restore my computer to an earlier point

create a restore point

Add the accounts to OE, Tool > Accounts.
If you only want to be able to send email from the accounts but not receive it uncheck the "Include this account when receiving mail" box. After you add the accounts there will be a drop down arrow in the from line so that you can select which account will show as the sender.
