In the sticking up for West Virginia Department.....The two most powerful Senators in the Country represent West Virginia. The Virginia's have a very long and very significant history.

The Venerable Robert Byrd.... if you need a quote from Cicero to examine Parallels between the Republic of Roman and our Republic he's you man. A brillant historian and legal mind.

and some people have heard of Jay Rockefeller, he mostly under the radar screen.

But he is John Davison Rockefeller the IVth. Get Ron Chernow's Book Titan and have a turn of the pages. It's very illuminating.

The Standard... as Standard Oil was known at the cusp of the 20th century was and has been simply the best and most effective Corporation since the advent of the Corporation structure and the Capitalist Nation State.

John

PS.... and I really believe that The Junior Senator from W. Va. has the right idea regarding the need for a reform and enhancement of Long term care.

Senator Rockefeller emphasizes the need for long term care reform during his testimony in front of the Senate Special Committee on Aging.
