Why don't you put a little meat on those bones and tell us what your talking about in military terms, ie what areas were weakened against which enemy, who we should have gearing up to fight in view of the USSR collapse, etc etc. We're getting tired of hearing the "Clinton gutted the military platitude"...help us ignorant liberals out.
