Makes one wonder...why do these twits keep talking about Shrub and his desire to build up our military. Can't they go back to the debates and see what he promised.....
Gore was willing and stated that he would spend twice as much as Bush....so if they wanted this increased military effort...why did they vote for Shrub.

Fact: Bush plans to spend less than half what the Vice President does on the military, and has already stated that he will not approve upgrading their equipment to the next generation of weapon systems. This, despite his earlier statements that the US military is using old equipment, and not as ready for action as it should be.
