Well, as a close neighbour of St Peterburg.ru (not like .fl, like Boca Raton, where housing is extempt from bankruptcies and fraud, just like a regular fleet of mercedes') we have never thought russians would be genetically stupid, given the chance of emmigrating after 1989, on the contray, like many. Even Ayn Rand got started in these necks of the woods and the finnish-pjotrsburg bay. Ilmarinen EU is looking forward to integrating the area, although some technical problems.
