Your question wasn't addressed to me, but
one play is AFCI. They have a CASH value
of $12.00 per share and they are trading
@ $16.00 and change. Historic eval's
would put them around $29.00 per share.

I like JDSU after they reach bottom. Not there yet, IMO. That's also why no buy-back, and no insider buying. IMO, they know what is to happen: visibility is good of lowered sales. Maybe one more quarter market will turn up enough to stop the sink of telecom, but most likely will be two. FCC could slow it with a couple of rulings, but Congress will get it messy again.

Fundamentally, if (MCI and QWest go away, and) LD rates rise, telecom will rise again, even in flat market.
