The burden of proof is definitely on Sun.

Well we only get "proof" every three months in the quarterly results, and in December and March Sun has delivered. They still may preannounce June (who knows?), but if they do show a sequential revenue increase then profits will be easy since they are getting the full expense reduction benefit of their restructuring for the first time, and all the signs from component manufacturers indicate component prices are declining so Sun's gross margins should be quite nice.

It's all dependent on the revenues - if they are even flat sequentially I think Sun can show EPS profits.
