Foreign markets have bubbles of their own to worry about.

A lot of them went up 100% between 1995 and 2000, when major markets worldwide peaked out and started their decline.

The Dow went from 4000 to 8000 (100%!!!) between 1995 to 1998, then went up close to 50% from 1998 to 2000. Did our nation's GDP grow by 150% between 1995 - 2000? somehow i doubt it.

Many investors don't even realize that a bubble exists in the Dow, which began around 1995 and has barely begun to deflate. They only recently realized that there was one in the Nasdaq, which was more obvious because it went up over 400% since 1995.

That's why there is no bottom in sight for the markets, because people haven't looked low enough.
