WebFN - with CNBC not available on my local cable service when the US market opens, I started to hunt around for online alternatives and found WebFN today. They have live video online market coverage from 0800-2000EST. So far, it sounds a lot like CNBC without the personalities, goofing around, hype, etc.

It should serve the same role as CNBC for me, an audio newswire I can monitor without having to click on to the site all the time.

Anyone else use WebFN instead of CNBC? webfn.com

Interesting article on broadband. So far, all I can see it's worth is watching movie trailers and the geeks from Yahoo discussing the latest stock to crash (g).
