Pete: I don't think it is a good idea to adopt ultimate price targets at this juncture. I would think of the retrace as a guide in the back of your mind. I am becoming less bearish on the NDX. It has a BPNDX of 10. Last time we got anything lower was Sept. 2001 where we hit 1. Other than that, we are near, it appears, some near term turn in that reading. The other averages have more to go on the downside. BUT one alternative is that we rally first and the NDX leads the others and then we recalibrate for further downward resolution. So I am trying to keep an open mind.

"I am revising my downside target on The Dow Jones Industrial Average From 5,700 to 4,000 and 500 for The S&P 500 ..."
