Bruce, since you have a good relation with Cary, please tell her that form 424B3 that MIR filed on 6/27/2002 has wrong numbers in the column "Number of Shares of Associated Common Stock that May be Sold." The numbers listed are very wrong, for example listing 25,512,853 common shares in the first row instead of the correct 5,525,606. It doesn't seem to be a big deal, but in the current climate people are prone to paranoia. Kyros
