Is that a joke? Housing market will implode as Appraisers falsly boost housing numbers and FNM lends to anyone with a hat. encouraging people to buy things they cant well afford always ends badly. The affordability of housing is declining despite record low Interest rates. You have been lulled into thinking Greenspan has a clue, and he doesnt. Wasnt he the one who said you could only recognize a bubble in highensight? Then why did he say he was comftorbale that the housing market isnt a bubble a few months back. The guy talks out of both sides of his mouth.
