ok, this is my "take" on the WCOME situation.

On Friday, July 12th WCOME and MCITE will cease to trade and on Monday the 15th both will trade as one under a "combo" ticker. WMCI?

No idea as to how they will divvy up WCOME/MCITE. Maybe a 2-3 WCOME/1MCITE you get 1 share of WMCI?.

No matter to me. I think WCOME/MCITE will survive. It is one of the original/mother telco's and those that are long will benefit greatly.

As far as which stock to own prior to the July 15th date is purely a personal opinion, but I like WCOME.

I am hearing some folks are buying MCITE in hopes of them paying the declared $0.60 dividend. IMO, that simply will not happen. The bondholders will simply not allow that.

Stay tuned.
