I also received an email response saying the conversion was FIXED... False alarm... No harm done. In fact, got me to read the prospectus! <g>

I see Mirant filed a corrected 424B3 on the very same day we pointed out the mistake. I have to say I am pretty impressed by their rapid response. They seem to be no bureaucracy.
