The Bears Have Shown Their Cards - Natural Gas Demand Expected To Increase
Banc of America Securities, July 2

The near certainty of full storage is currently reflected in the shares.
Seasonally the shares begin discounting better winter prices in July.

While we believe the recent pullback in the OSX is justified by the
inventory levels, we continue to expect the seasonal rally.
We expect the oilfield stocks to resume their rally beginning in mid-July
fueled by a round of bullish conference calls and upward estimate revisions
for 2H02 and 2003 in addition to an improving economy.
