it is not quite the same as the entire NYSE exchange doing it, but with the obfuscation
of stats due to preferred stocks, etc maybe we need to exercise some judgment

Was today a 90% upside day? It looks to me like the volume qualifies, but I don't know where to get the points data.

Also, I think you said Tues was an 88% down day... were there any other 80%+ down days recently?
