Shorting Housing Homers...my friend they're going down! I find KBH truly compelling. They finance the house as well as build them so they take on huge liability after home is built. They can't simply downsize and walk away until housing market improves in the future. They take big wacks as housing market peaks and eventually cools off for a while. Also, what the hell are they doing doing building houses ion France. The French strike me as not wanting to have anything to due with mass produced American culture. I think Macmansion is not going to sell well.
