Hi Semi,

How bout you do your trades and I'll do mine.

I won't tell you how to spend your money and you don't need to tell us how to spend ours.

Just let your pocketbook do your talking.

You keep acting this nervous - maybe you should cover - besides the summer Rally is about to tear for tail off.

In case you didn't notice the economy is building the manufacturing sector and there are more chips being sold with an depleted inventory.

Bob

>> And that's why you do not have capitulation at bear market bottoms.

SB,

I agree that waiting for capitulation will be like waiting for Godot. It won't arrive. As long as share prices are dropping, discouraged speculators will gradually remove themselves from the market. In fact contrary to the capitulation model, I expect prices and volume to be positively correlated. Rising prices will bring money and volume into the market. Falling prices will drive same away. In a proportionate way.

Well, I'm still very interested in the source of selling. For new dot.crap companies, insiders are the source. But how about Intel or AMAT, insiders do not have a lot of shares. And the selling you showed in AMAT was at $27/sh. And there were not many shares. So I don't think AMAT and JDSU fall in the same basket.

Anyway, Obviously some one is selling.

Regards,
Sarmad
