The volume today is incredible for a July 3rd nearly a billion on the NYSE just after lunch. The jokers are doing everything to get out and catch J6P off guard. This market is so gone.

nothing to see here folks, it's not a bubble....

from today's WSJ, page D-1

there have been $2.4 billion of net inflows into real estate mutual funds this year to date
highest in YEARS
($307mm in same period last year)

sales of new and existing homes are at $522 billion this year to date up a mere 16% from $451mm last year

since we all know that the investing public senses trends early and gets in near the bottom, i am now thinking that Beazer is going to go to $150 or so.

oh, yeah, some guy from something called Real Capital Analytics said "they want something tangible and real, somthing that ALWAYS has asset value" (emphasis mine)

nope, no real estate bubble here...

Cheers
